The service

AICiteBeam monitors how AI engines mention and cite brands and reports the results. The Service depends on third-party AI and search providers; their outputs can change and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no reselling access without permission, and no tracking that violates a third party's rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are stated at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content, excluding data you supply. You retain rights to your data and grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICiteBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
