Refund Policy

All sales are final

AICiteBeam does not offer refunds. All payments — including monthly and annual subscriptions — are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.

No free trials — but no lock-in

We don't offer free trials, and all sales are final. Instead, every plan is billed month-to-month with no long-term contract: start with the tier that fits and cancel anytime to stop future renewals. If you have questions before subscribing, contact usfirst — we're glad to help you pick the right plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current or any prior billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Exceptions

The only exceptions are refunds we are required to provide by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
